If I am already qualified can I apply for Recognition of Prior Learning ?

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a method of assessment (leading to the award of credit) that considers whether learners can demonstrate that they can meet the assessment requirements for a unit through knowledge, understanding or skills they already possess, and so do not need to develop through a course of learning.

RPL will differ for each individual Practitioner.

If you can prove (to an acceptable standard) that you have the training and/or experience in a particular field / module in aesthetics, and can meet the requirements of the Award, then you can be credited for that part.

Through the process of RPL you can upgrade any existing certification, irrespective of where your original training was undertaken.

This means you may be able to save time and money, but not having to complete parts of the course you have already completed.

We can advise you on RPL and whether this is the best route for you upon application and together we will develop a personalised plan which takes account of your experience and existing certificates, along with an action plan of what needs to be undertaken to achieve the Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice.
